Worship Times

There is no better place for a sinful person to be than in worship receiving what God brings us in His Word!

The services at St. John's during this part of the year (May 24, 2023 through September 6, 2023) are held on Sunday morning at 9:00am and Wednesday at 6pm.

The worship services at St. John's make use of the liturgy and hymnody as found our synod's hymnal, Lutheran Service Book. Aided by music from the Senior Choir, Children's Choir, Cherub Choir, Handbell Choir, and our remarkable Schlicker organ consisting of 50 ranks and 2,666 pipes, it is a wonderful church in which to receive God's good gifts of Word and sacrament each week!

During this time of the year, Bible Class is held at 10am after the Sunday service.

Please join us!

Note: Holy Communion is celebrated as a part of our services on Sunday and Wednesday. This sacrament is for those who hold to our public confession of faith and are communicant members in good standing of a congregation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod or a church body in fellowship with the LCMS.

Our pastors work to be available to greet any guests before the start of our services, so please speak with one of them if you are a first time visitor and would like to receive Holy Communion.
